Christian Dior Hauté Couture collection for Spring 2010 was a mix a equestrian glamour and huge, old style gowns. The huge, bellowing dresses from the collection looked amazingly glamorous and vibrant. The gowns were classical pieces with an updated, subtle twist.
John Galliano injected his equine inspiration into the models with top hats, veils and huge skirts - the models looked like they were about to climb into their side-saddles and gallop off for a sunday hunt. Fitted red riding jackets finished off the very polished look and were worn neatly over the dresses.
