LFW: Peter Pilotto Autumn/Winter 2010

Peter Pilotto’s newest collections has been one the biggest highlights of London Fashion Week. He’s certainly creating big waves with his work - and this season saw him and his partner Christopher De Vos striving for bigger and better - working on a vintage palette of brown and orange shades, they gave the colours a modern touch with their cut and by adding new textures and fur.

Jackets and trousers were tailored to perfection and there was still some of Pilotto’s signature print dresses. The prints were a mix of floral, paisley and liberty prints - all digitally preened to perfect in that special Pilotto way. This was an excellent all round collection which had a cheery Autumn vibe - and was definitely some of Pilotto’s most inspirational, thoughtful work.
