Marc Jacobs has set out to sue Christian Audigier for creating a very similar product which seems to rip off a bag by Marc. The bag which is an obvious lookalike is undoubtly similar to the bag which Christian Audigier created for the Ed Hardy label - the only difference is a faux fish tattoo which has been slapped across the front of the Ed Hardy bag. Marc Jacobs' patent for his bag is still pending but considering the designs seem so similar - it's a tough debate. Here are the two bags, I'll let you decide for yourself.
