NYFW - Proenza Schouler Fall 2010

Proenza Schouler managed to pull out all the stops last night to keep their status as New York’s current coolest kids. The front row was lined with celebrities - Nicole Richie and Mary-Kate Olsen were there, confirming Proenza Schouler’s coolness.

Like last season, the clothes were made up of patterns - this time with a graffiti edge. There was print leggings and dresses, tidyed into place with belts or left baggy and teamed with oversized jackets.

The prints were often teamed with harsh black lines - to make the designs pop and add a bigger graphic impact. The clothes were a mix between vintage inspired, preppy and modern.
This wasn’t quite as wow as the design duos Spring collection but it still far from lacking interest - it was a respectable follow-up from Spring.
