Louis Vuitton Autumn/Winter was all about rediscovering sexy, womanly curves. This show had
Catherine McNeil, Karolina Kurkova, and Elle Macpherson - models with more of a womanly figure. The dresses were cleavage hugging - with snug corset style tops teamed with below the knee check skirts.
The looks were the complete opposite of the Summer show - these were toned down, with a classic theme. Make-up and hair was all very natural, sleek and clean. It was minimal but not with some frills, such as some of the magnificent gowns which showed at the end of the collection, one modeled by Elle Macpherson. The collection had a bit of a 60s swing, with some other subtle elements thrown in for good measure, such as a sort of chic, Parisian vibe. It was, all in all, a good, classic collection.
