The Accessories: Balenciaga Resort 2011

 Balenciaga's Resort 2011 collection provided us with bold prints and shapes - both elements which translated over to the accessories of the collection too. Their famous motorcycle bag got a slight rework in a bright teal, while the shoes that accompanied the show probably stood out most of all -  bright abstract patterns adorned on strappy, peep-toe heels. The jewellery was chunky and industrial with a "nuts and bolts" feel - the necklaces were simple, thick chains. Below is a few images of the accessories from the collection.
