The Details: Nicholas Kirkwood for Rodarte A/W

Rodarte have once again teamed up with shoe designer Nicholas Kirkwood for their Autumn/Winter collection. Nicholas designed several shoe styles for the show, including white lace-up heels with ribbon ties, purple pastel booties and a red suede, strappy number - all which tied in perfectly with the mood and colours of the show itself. The shoes are inspired, amongst other things, by dripping candle wax, as each shoe features a bumpy, unfinished "drip" effect heel which really set them apart from Kirkwood's previous designs.
