Elie Saab is already the king of the red carpet. Movie starlets often wear his looks at premieres, award shows and industry events. So it was not a big surprise when Saab sent out couture looks that evoked some serious glam, reminiscent of old Hollywood.It was all about decadence in this collection; glitzy frocks covered in glitter, a lot of draping and flowing skirts that seemed to float effortlessly on the catwalk. A one-shouldered gown in a mix of autumnal hues, a draped, gold sparkling dress with a thick belt, and a rich red floor-length gown with sheer short-sleeves were standouts.
So look out. Surely stars will be rocking some of these gowns on the red carpet for the upcoming season.
