Stepping into the Elie Tahari store at the Bal Harbour Shops on Miami Beach you are instantly thrown into a world of chic fashion, delicious cocktails and yummy little bites.
October 26th marked a very important night for art and fashion. Elie Tahari worked with the Museum of Contemporary Art in Miami to bring an event that featured the latest fashion designer’s collection and the artwork of Susan Lee-Chin and Jen Stark from the MOCA’s Optic Nerve Video Collection.Guests were able to mingle among many fashion forward men and women including hosts Edison Lozada, Valerie Graves , Ivonne Ronderos, Carolyn Travis, and Erin Newberg. Servers came around with complimentary Mojitos and glasses of Champagne while dressed to the nines, with blue structured Tahari cocktail dresses.
A percentage of all the sales during the night’s event went to benefit the MOCA and all customers who made a purchase received a personal gift from Elie Tahari.
The night seemed to be a success, people were not only looking but seemed to be buying as well. Everyone was having a great time for a good cause. The live DJ didn’t seem to hurt the vibe either, pumping up some poppy beats that were a sure fit for the Miami scene. The collection was stunning with furs, leather and lush suede. Everything a girl will need in her fall and winter wardrobe.
I missed this :(, well next time....good post , love your blog!
