Chanel Christmas Beauty Collection 2010

Chanel’s holiday/Christmas collection has now landed in stores, along with a new travel kit packed with handy mini-brushes. The new beauty collection is full of stocking fillers, and of course, some innovative beauty ideas too. The award for most interesting product goes to Ombre d’Eau in Splash, €27.50 - this is a bi-phase liquid eye-shadow which requires you to shake the bottle to mix the product, and then it glides on to your eye, with a unique metallic finish.

The collection also features one of their famous quad eyeshadow palettes. This one is named 'Tentation Cuivrée' and costs €45.50. The eyeshadows included are 2 soft meldy chocolate shades mixed in with a pastel pink and nude for good measure.

Chanel have also issued three new lip glosses Lèvres Scintillantes in Pleasing, Charming and Pink Pulsion for €24.50, as well as 2 new Rouge Coco lipstick shades - Patchouli and Magnolia for €25.50. The colours are bold, bright vibrant pinks, which coordinate with another statement piece from the collection, Le Vernis in a shade named ‘Pulsion’. A bold deep pink blusher also features - Les Tissages de Chanel blush in Tweed Fushia for €36.

Chanel have also launched a new mini-brush/travel set, which holds 6 brushes in total - a foundation brush, powder and blush brush, angled eyebrow brush, eyeshadow brush, small shadow brush and a lip brush, all held neatly in a small Chanel beauty bag - an instant hit for girls on the go.
