Fresh Face: Bambi Northwood-Blyth

Her tattoo of Disney's Bambi on her left wrist sums Bambi Northwood-Blyth up (her real name is Stephanie) - she's funny, rebellious and seems incredibly laidback. Standing at 5'7", she is shorter than most models, but her striking facial features (those thick eyebrows and button nose mix perfectly with her sparkling eyes) have made her a star almost instantaneously. Born in Australia, Bambi started out as a model locally - her first runway appearances were for the likes of Dion Lee and Ksubi - two of the world’s most recognisable Australian labels, and she also appeared in Russh - one of Australia‘s most impressive fashion publications.

First signing with Priscillas Model Management and now also with Elite, this season Bambi hit the big time, appearing at Paris Fashion Week for Balenciaga, Chanel and Kenzo, as well as some others. Bambi may just be getting started, but her unique looks and that sense of laidback cool (she wears a big nose ring when she’s off-duty) is sure to make her a constant fixture internationally from now on.
