French model Isabelle Caro has died after struggling with anorexia - she was aged 28. The model died on November 17th on this year, but her death was only made public yesterday. Caro was both a model and actress, and has reportedly been suffering from an eating disorder since the age of 13. Isabelle had just returned home to France after being in Tokyo. Her death was confirmed: “Her longtime acting instructor, Daniele Dubreuil-Prevot,  told the Associated Press on Wednesday that Caro died on Nov. 17 after returning to France from a job in Tokyo.”

The model once appeared on Jessica Simpson's reality show named The Price of Beauty", where Jessica quizzed the model about her worrying weight. At the time, Isabelle commented that she dropped down to 86 pounds when a designer pressured her to lose weight. Jessica responded:

"To us, what you're doing right now makes you one of the most beautiful people that we have ever seen, and we really just appreciate you sitting in front of us and having such powerful words. God bless you." Jessica added: "I think it's important for women to know that the skinnier you are, doesn't make you more beautiful."

Caro also admitted to weighting just 59 pounds at the time of the 2007 'No Anorexia' campaign. A funeral service was held in Paris for the late model.
