Held last night at London's Savoy Hotel and Theatre, the British Fashion Awards honored some of the industry's strongest icons, talented designers and important stars. Amongst the winners were Naomi Campbell, Alexa Chung, Lara Stone and Phoebe Philo. Philo won the coveted Designer of the Year award for her work at Celine which has single handedly turned the label into one of the most desirable amongst fashion followers.
Also walking away with an award was Alexa Chung, who was voted by the public to win the British Style Award. Lara Stone successfully won Model of the Year after beating David Gandy and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley to the top prize. Alexander McQueen was honored posthumously, winning the Outstanding Achievement in Fashion Design, and the late designer was also paid tribute to with a video created by Nick Knight (see video below).
