Cara Delevingne Lands Burberry Spring Campaign

British model Cara Delevingne's career has reached new heights, being enlisted for the Burberry Spring 2011 Campaign, replacing their previous face, Emma Watson. The campaign stars Cara alongside male model Jake Young, as the two show off Burberry's tantalizingly citrus accessories on a rocky beach. The campaign was photographed by legendary photographer Mario Testino.

Cara, who has been modelling for ASOS.com in her spare time, was used as one of the models in the Burberry Prorsum Pre-Fall 2011 collection showing (see photos and our review of the show here), and so we were given an early hint that she was going to be their next face. Previously, Cara has been featured in Love magazine and has also walked for a handful of designers at London Fashion Week - this campaign will surely cement her bright future. Below is a preview of the Burberry campaign.

  1. It's actually Jake Young, I know him, he used to go to Exeter college last year where I study.

  3. @Natalie-Catherine thanks, I updated the name - I think it's great that they use a British cast, and this is really big news for Cara, I noticed her on ASOS last time I was browsing and thought she deserved something a little more glamorous :P

  5. I think she is with STORM modelling agency, not 100% sure though, that is what Vogue reported in 2009:
