Givenchy's creative director Riccardo Tisci has unveiled his latest design - but it isn't a sparkling piece of haute couture or another model in a gimp mask (see the campaign). This time, Tisci has teamed up with rapper Kanye West. Tisci is reportedly close friends with the rapper after they met during fashion week. The single, which is named 'H.A.M.' (it's an acronym for "Hard As a Motherf*cker.") is a collaboration involving both Kanye and the rapper Jay-Z.
Tisci got inventive for the cover, selecting a range of kaleidoscopic designs including barking rottweilers in each corner of the cover, while also adding items such as crowns and stars, as well as a chain-inspired border, the cover also seems inspired by the same blend of gothic darkness that is so often seen through the Givenchy collections. The bottom of the cover notes Tisci with a panel that states 'creative direction by Riccardo Tisci'.
