Cordwainers graduate Charlotte Olympia has seen her London-based shoe company bloom in to a full-grown success since it's launch, now the quirky and often colourful designs are favoured by celebrities and fashion insiders alike. The accessories designer uses attention-grabbing prints and unusual but subtle shapes to set her designs apart - as evident from her fruit-inspired ballerina flats clearly adorned with a cut-out banana and strawberry.
Her Spring/Summer 2011 shoe collection offers up some simple wardrobe staples including nude heels which are balanced on a gold platform, as well as a pair of 50's inspired kitten style heels in a lime green and sky blue. Her shoes are ultra-feminine but with a fashionable kick to set them apart from the usual clutter of designer heels - these are instantly recognizable and all the better for it.
