Street Style: Jessica Stam

Canadian model Jessica Stam's career took off after she won  the Los Angeles Model Look contest in 2002. Since then, she has walked for the best names in fashion, from Chanel to Givenchy, and has also landed a lucrative Victoria's Secret contract. She has even made dabbed in fashion design, working alongside Rag&Bone for their Spring/Summer 2010 collection. Her own style is an unusual mix of styles - from grungy band t-shirts to masculine tailoring, and feminine dresses. Jessica usually mixes casual jeans or leggings with statement jackets and designer bags (she can regularly be seen toting a PS1 Proenza Schouler bag as well as a bag by Balenciaga). Although she usually dressed in dark colours, she sometimes add a graphic print to her look, or playfully mixes textures. With a distinctive rock'n'roll edge, Jessica always looks flawlessly feminine yet original in whatever she is wearing.
