Mulberry have proclaimed their 'Carter' bag the new 'IT' bag of the season, and it is now even expected to possibly be more popular than the already huge hit bag, The 'Alexa' which the company launched a few seasons ago. The Carter bag is a luxurious leather shoulder bag which has already been spotted on the likes of Lily Donaldson, Kate Bosworth and more. The bag is furnished with a gold postman lock and features a shoulder chain strap. The Carter costs between $1,000 to $1,500 and comes in a variety of finishes including suede, croc, or snake-embossed leather, each in subtitle easy-to-match colours.
The 'Carter' bag comes in a variety of sizes, none of which are particularly oversized - this bag is intended for essentials only, neatly fitting in just enough for the day, and the smaller 'mini' size is especially useful at events and festivals as Lily Donaldson demonstrated so well at Glastonbury this year when she completed her festival look with a brown suede 'mini camera' version.
