Riccardo Tisci Edits Visionaire's Religion-Themed Issue

Givenchy creative director Riccardo Tisci has edited  for the 60th issue of Visionaire, which is simply titled 'Religion'. Tisci has regularly used religious themes in his design work and once commented that "when you look back through history many religions have nudity in their paintings, drawings and sculptures" which is one of his main sources if inspiration. Inside the issue, there is a stark mixture of sexuality and religion, often placed side-by-side. Two preview images from the issue have been released - one of Arizona Muse with her son Nikko as captured by Mario Sorrenti as they channel Madonna and child, and another of Lara Stone, bound in rope and hung up crucifixion style which was photographed by Mert & Marcus. Tisci's muse Lea T. also features inside the issue with the help of  Giovanna Battaglia and Pierpaolo Ferrari who captured her as a veiled beauty. The issue costs  $425 and is available to pre-order now at Visionaire
