Chloé's Hannah MacGibbon has reinvented the cape each season - we've seen structural military style designs and cozy cape knits from her in the past, but for Autumn/Winter 2011, she took the cape in a new direction. Colourful square blocks, with leather-bound seams form this season's must-have cape, which was worn on the runway with a mint-coloured shirt, dark sweater and loosely tailored trousers. The colourful wool cape coordinates flawlessly with the label's patchwork bags (see the
full line here) and is now beginning to spring up in editorials as we usher in the new Autumn season. The epitome of cozy Winter dressing, Chloé's colour bright cape adds a pop of fun colour while still keeping it sophisticated.
