Tom Ford's Autumn 2011 Beauty Collection

Tom Ford lent his face to the Autumn 2011 beauty campaign which sees the designer pose alongside a colourfully made-up Lara Stone (see the photos here). These preview images of his latest beauty line continue in the same vein, with both female and male hands grabbing at an array of beautiful products that are about to land in stores for the upcoming season (the line launched on the 3rd of September in the UK exclusively). This season, Ford is rolling out his first beauty campaign, which means the line of products has expanded. From the usual perfumes, lipsticks and nail lacquers that he has been offering for some time now, to new eyeshadow palettes, foundations and even brush sets. With classic looking gold and black sleek packaging and lavish bottles for each scent, aesthetically the beauty line couldn't get any better.

Even though the beauty  range is for the Autumn/Winter season, the colours are surprisingly bright and fresh, with some of the stand out items including a bright fuchsia nail polish, blood red lipgloss and light cream blushes. The beauty line sees Ford launch two new scents - 'Jasmin Rouge' which is described as: “Voluptuous. Sensuous. Audacious. Tom Ford Jasmin Rouge is a saturated, spiced floral. An unexpected blend of precious sambac jasmine sepals absolute, an ingredient never used before in perfumery with dusky clary sage and rich spices, it unveils a new facet of jasmine’s erotic decadence. Jasmin Rouge is as audacious as lacquered red lips. Its deep red bottle evokes lush and hedonistic glamour.”

The second scent is named 'Santal Blush' which is: “Mesmerizing. Exotic. Mysterious. Tom Ford Santal Blush is a spicy wood oriental. A textured fusion of creamy sandalwood and exotic Eastern spices is enhanced with intoxicating florals and sumptuous woods to create soft, naked glamour with a mysterious spirit of modern earthiness. Its nude juice and blush-colored packaging are as sensual as a beautifully contoured face.”
