Jean Paul Gaultier Creates Piper Heidsieck Champagne Bottles

Next Monday, French champagne company Piper-Heidsieck will launch their collaboration with French fashion designer, Jean Paul Gaultier. Gaultier has designed two bottles - Black Cancan Millésime 2000 and the Piper-Heidsieck French Cancan. For the 'French Cancan' design (priced at $55), he was inspired by French can-can dancers, as well as masquerade balls - placing a black fishnet around the bottle and completing the design with a latex red eye mask around the neck. The 'Black Cancan Millésime 2000' version (which costs $630 and comes in a matching set) is wrapped in a Swarovski Crystallized stocking, topped off with a studded collar of diamond-cut crystals, as well as a Gaultier seal. It comes complete with two Schott Zwiesel flutes, all placed in a vampy red box, perfect for Halloween. Both bottles are available from Wine.com from the 31st.
