Accompanying the shimmering retro dresses at the Louis Vuitton Spring/Summer 2012 show, we saw a whole new range of bags and shoes that the label will be releasing next season. The show opened with a see-through monogram tote, followed by a variety of styles, also with a sheer look (including a clutch bag). The bags were matched with metal-capped pointed heels in white, light yellow and peach - soft, summery colours in luxurious leather finishes. As the show progressed, a whole new wave of bags appeared - luxurious hand-held luggage bags, some of contrasting darker navy, finished with silver hardware. A red zipper clutch with an optional chain handle stood out, as well as several metallic cut-out totes which were paired with patent shoes with pearly finishes.
