€300,000 Worth of Louis Vuitton Goods Stolen at Paris Airport

Louis Vuitton are missing over €300,000 worth of merchandise after a heist which took place at Roissy-Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris. According to Vogue UK, "a gang of masked thieves held five employees hostage while they filled two lorries with the luxury goods". This is the second time a major fashion house has been hit by crime recently - Marc Jacobs also had the entire duplicate Spring 2012 collection stolen during transit which was en route to European press days - approximately worth $65,000 and consisting of clothes, shoes and bags. The press day subsequently were canceled:
"Dear all, The Marc Jacobs PR team is sorry to inform you that our press day tomorrow in the Marc Jacobs store is canceled, due to the theft of the Spring/Summer 2012 collections during its transfer from Paris."
French label Céline also had some trouble recently when their flagship store was tagged in huge pink letters by a graffiti artist - see it here.
