Taylor Tomasi Hill Copied Design Idea From Marc Jacobs?

Taylor Tomasi Hill, Style and Accessories Director at Marie Claire US, has teamed up with Lane Crawford to create a collection. Taylor is known for her original street style (see it here) which is probably one of the main reasons why she landed the collection in the first place. However, two of the pieces have been called out for being almost exact designer copies. The most obvious piece is a strapless navy dress which is strikingly similar to a dress seen at a Marc by Marc Jacobs show back in 2008. The second offender is a blue stripe shirt top with cut-out shoulders - Taylor was previously seen wearing a very similar top to an event, as designed by Comme des Garcons. Did Taylor simply take some inspiration from some of her favourite pieces, or did she plain steal the ideas? Take a look at the evidence below.
