Anja Rubik, Joan Smalls & More at amfAR New York Gala To Kick Off Fall 2012 Fashion Week

To kick off New York Fashion Week, amfAR held a star-studded gala at Cipriani Wall Street in NYC. A whole host of celebrities, models, editors and designers turned out to fete the beginning of a month of fashion week activities, including Alexa Chung who wowed in a cream coloured ensemble with a floral bag. Polish model Anja Rubik looked as stunning as ever in a sleeveless black and gold dress by Gucci, while Joan Smalls went for full-on glamour in a plunging black dress with a ruffled front. Former Vogue Paris editor Carine Roitfeld was also in attendance, opting for a embellished black floor-length gown worn over a white cropped jacket. Take a look at all of the arrivals below.
