Miranda Kerr Shares Her Fitness Routine

Australian model Miranda Kerr has opened up on how tough it was to regain her figure after giving birth to her baby son Flynn in early 2011. Miranda comments that her favourite workouts are “yoga, pilates and strength training.” While she reveals that she had to up her usual routine after giving birth:
“Yes, it has been hard, and it has been work. I’ve upped my routine. I’m doing a lot more pilates now as well as yoga. A lot more squats than usual to just lift that butt!"
Miranda says that maintaining her model figure is an important part of her work but she also enjoys her workouts because it makes her feel good:
"[Being in shape] is part of my job, but I probably would be doing the same thing if it wasn’t my job, because it’s nice to take care of yourself.”
Miranda was spotted exiting her gym after a workout in California yesterday wearing a figure-revealing workout ensemble and her favourite pair of tortoise sunglasses.
