Following a hectic week of events at Cannes Film Festival last week, Polish model Anja Rubik attended the closing ceremony of the event, dressed in a stunning black Roberto Cavalli vintage gown. The dress featured a plunging neckline and sexy side leg slit, as well as sheer sections which showed off even more skin. Anja completed the look with dark eyes and wavy hair, as well as statement black and silver heels which appeared to slither up her foot and around her ankle in a unique style.
