The Giambattista Valli Haute Couture Autumn/Winter 2012 collection was strongly influenced by a dark, autumnal beauty - this was evident from the dramatic coloured netting many of the models wore over their heads, completed with butterflies attached over the mouth or on the forehead. With glittery makeup dripping from their eyes and dressed in abstract dark prints, models such as Frida Gustavsson , Aymeline Valade and more waiting patiently as the makeup artists and stylists completed the designer's intricate vision. Below is a sneak peek at the backstage activity before the show, including a close-up look at the awe-inspiring accessories used.
