Overseeing renovations of her new $6.25 million home with boyfriend Olivier Sarkozy, Mary-Kate Olsen was spotted stepping out in the East Village in NYC. Clad in her usual dark uniform, Mary-Kate was as usual dressed in a head-to-toe black ensemble. Wearing a black jacket, loosely fitted black trousers and a black scarf, Mary-Kate kept her outfit relaxed and simple for the outing. Completing the look with a messy hairbun, round sunglasses, a black croc skin tote and flat sandals, Mary-Kate boldly toys with a relaxed, slouchy silhouette.
