Gucci's Spring/Summer 2013 collection moved away from the previous dark glamour look that the label exudes for the current Autumn/Winter 2012 season - it's bright, minimal but with select beautiful detailing, and still all the usual femininity and elegance that makes it uniquely Gucci. From key-hole back cutouts to sculptural frill hems, the designs themselves were body-conscious yet with flow and liquidity.
Completing the vision with horse-bit flap clutches, oversized tinted sunglasses, towering strappy heels and opulent jewels, creative director Frida Giannini once again triumphed with a beautifully detailed and refined collection - here is a close-up view of her designs.
