5 Models Share What They Eat for Breakfast

As the saying goes, Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and the perfect time to kick start your body with something healthy, nourishing and with enough energy to keep you going. These 5 models have all shared what they love to eat first thing in the morning. From super healthy smoothies packed full of goodness to eggs, yoghurt and even one model who swears by a full English breakfast, these 5 models all shared their most delicious diet tips.




1. Doutzen Kroes

Doutzen revealed what goes into her breakfast smoothie via twitter, sharing a snap of her most used ingredients which included: Acai, Chia, Goji berries, Flax seeds, coconut, organic Hunza Mulberries, Raw Cacao and hemp seeds.

2. Alessandra Ambrosio

Alessandra loves to have eggs cooked in different ways in the morning: "I had eggs with bacon, an English muffin, and coffee. My fiancĂ© cooked it for me. He does the eggs — I really don't know how to do eggs, only fried. My favorite way is eggs Benedict, but at home I just do scrambled."



3. Jourdan Dunn

British model Jourdan loves full English breakies so helps herself to bacon, eggs and more in the morning: "I'm a full English-breakfast devotee, so I load up on eggs, bacon, and toast."


4. Rosie Huntington-Whiteley

Rosie likes to kick start her day with a healthy green juice - her favourite ingredients are cucumber, kale, parsley, and chlorella. Chlorella is said to be packed with B vitamins and amino acids which has been linked to healthier nails, skin and hair.


5. Miranda Kerr

Detailing her breakfast, Miranda wrote her usual diet plan: 

Tahitian Noni juice immediately upon waking. Glass of hot/warm water with lemon juice, apple cidar vinegar & yellow box honey or agave. Fruit salad of: pineapple, figs, cherries, apricots, strawberries, raspberries, cranberries, blackberries, prunes, plums, apple, pear (when available)
 
Goats milk, organic yoghurt or Bornhoffen yoghurt if I don’t have access to goats

Or instead of yoghurt if I feel like a cooked breakfast:

2 organic/free range eggs, either poached, scrambled or boiled

Two pieces of Burgen Soy Linseed, Rye or spelt toast with avocado
