Victoria's Secret Models Banned From Men's Magazines?

Ever wonder why the Victoria's Secret models don't regularly appear inside men's magazines? Any Victoria's Secret girl would obviously be a big draw for guys if featured on the pages of GQ or even Playboy, so why don't they frequently appear?

Apparently, it's all because the Angels need to appeal to women in order to sell lingerie, and if they were to appear as sexy creatures in men's magazines, they'd become threatening to other women. It's unclear if they're actually banned from men's magazines because of this. Richard Habberley, at DNA Model Management where several of the Angels are signed, commented:
"They try the girls out, and certain girls sell product. They’re women that appeal to other women. And they’re special because they never appear in men’s magazines. Once you start to do that, they become threatening [to potential female customers].”
Although Miranda Kerr, Alessandra Ambrosio, Adriana Lima and others have posed for a few men's magazines in the past which would indicate that they aren't banned from doing so, it does seem as though their work for men's publications is limited.
