Céline Autumn/Winter 2013: Maximum Minimalist

Céline's Phoebe Philo has forever been obsessed with the clean sharp lines and barely noticeable finishing touches that make each of her collections for Céline an exercise in the beauty of minimalism. Sticking to what she knows best, Philo once again made her best argument for ditching opulence, over the top prints and overt luxury in favour of something more modern, refined and understated.

Simple knitwear was pieced with relaxed, loosely structured dresses, Céline's now signature long masculine oversized coats and skirts with liquid hemlines that flowed effortlessly in an uneven circle. Philo focus on all things minimal continues to pay off as she convinces us all to see exactly why her vision is such an appealing one.
