In one of those embarrassing moment that we all fear, it appears Vogue US editor Anna Wintour and designer Marc Jacobs crossed paths at an event wearing the exact same Prada coat, from the Spring/Summer 2013 collection no less. Both were in attendance at 'The Great Gatsby' premiere in New York City when they caught sight of each other in their matching ensembles. Anna had dressed her coat up in her usual sophisticated way - teaming it with a skirt, necklace and white heels. Jacobs took a quirkier approach by pairing the coat with black trousers, white trainers and printed socks. Amy Astley, Teen Vogue's editor-in-chief, caught the duo together, snapping two photos and wrote "double good". We couldn't agree more..
