This may come as a shock - but apparently Donatella Versace's beauty isn't all natural. The Italian designer has previously admitted to using botox on her face, but at the Vogue Festival 2013, she avoided the subject of cosmetic surgery completely and claimed that she just "takes care" of her skin and uses tonnes of cream:
"I'm not like this genetically, I use tonnes of cream and take care of my hair and skin."
When it comes to her fitness regime, Dontella says she used to work with a personal trainer but she quit when the trainer became too controlling of her other habits:
"I stopped working with a personal trainer as he wouldn't let me smoke."
She says her style is equally as low maintenance because she regularly opts for her own signature look of heels and tight pants, completed with some jewels for good measure:
"My style is not that big, I wear heels, tight pants and I wear diamonds."
