American model Erin Heatherton was seen exiting the MET Ball 2013 afterparty event with a strange cut on her leg - the model had blood running down her leg and even in to her pair of black pointy heels. Erin appeared to be oblivious to the cut as she made her exit from the prestigious party, still wowing in a black sleeveless dress, gold necklace and red bag as she left the event. Showing off an amazing smile, Erin managed to look elegant and refined despite her small accident, carrying along a classic trench coat for warmth.
