Photographed making out with her husband Tom Brady, Gisele looked loved up as she held baby Vivian in a holder. She wore a casual check shirt, dark skinny jeans and ankle boots, completing the ensemble with a ponytail and aviator sunglasses. Clearly still full of passion for each other, Gisele and Tom couldn't keep their hands off each other as they enjoyed the sunny day out as a family.
