The New York Times 'T' magazine has come under fire by readers who feel the model, Julia Nobis, appears too thin on their May 12th issue. While nothing appears out of the ordinary in the Craig McDean shot image, it seems some of the readers took issue with the model's possible young age and weight.
According to Fashionista, One person complained: “Where did you get this child for your cover? The photo represents kiddy porn and I object.” Another wrote, “Hasn’t the debate in fashion over the promotion of these wretchedly thin models been thoroughly discussed? Do we really have to fight this issue within The New York Times in 2013?”
