British model Kate Moss accidentally appeared to have hit her head as she attended the 'Rock On' charity Dinner which was in aid of 'The Hoping Foundation' in London. The star-studded bash went on long in to the morning, and Kate was seen leaving the venue at 5.20am. Earlier that night, Kate was photographed looking disorientated as she bumped her head and was later seen holding on to the injured area - hopefully no serious damage was done. The model wore a black sheer dress with a statement leather waist belt and black heels, completed with black lined eyes and loose hair.
