Slipping in to a gorgeous midnight blue playsuit which she wore with flat black minimal sandals and a silver necklace, Karlie wore smoky dark eyes as she walked her adorable terrier. The model showed off her figure in the halter-neck design which featured a large back cutout. With her loosely styled bob haircut completing her off-duty look, Karlie puts together a stunning summer outfit.
