Stepping out in New York City, Olivia Palermo turned heads in a gorgeous black & white cutout dress - the first piece which has been unveiled as part of Catherine Malandrino upcoming collection for Kohl's. The dress will be available from the 27th of September for $88, along with the rest of the budget-friendly collection which will retail for between $36 to $130. Olivia teamed the dress with a bright yellow clutch, dark sunglasses and pointy heels as she strolled the streets of NYC looking as effortlessly styled as usual.
