Heading to Siena, Italy where she is now beginning work on the upcoming film 'Face of an Angel', British model Cara Delevingne was seen leaving London with a large purple suitcase. Wrapped up for the cold weather, Cara wore a Ushanka style hat teamed with a leather jacket, black sweater, printed trousers and Timerland boots. Continuing to further her career as an actress, Cara's role in the film is her biggest to date.
