Namibian model Behati Prinsloo is getting prepared for the upcoming Victoria's Secret show which will soon take place in London. Behati says she tries to get as fit as possible before the show and also watches her diet, specifically her bread-eating habits. She said:
"When it's a month away, I try to do something active every day and focus on nutrition. Right now, I'm trying to eliminate bread - that's always my big problem."
Speaking on how the models train to prepare for the catwalk, Behati opened up on her routine and what others are doing to get in shape:
"Some girls do boxing, others do Zumba; it's really about what works for your body. I love yoga and Pilates, which are great for long, lean muscles, plus a little running and light weights."
The model adds that her husband Adam Levine helps her train and they often work out together:
"We do! He motivates me a lot, and it's great to have him around before the show. We're both pretty active, so it makes our relationship a lot of fun."
