Anja Rubik Shares Her Workout Secrets

Polish model Anja Rubik has shared her typical workout routine, explaining how she stays in shape. The model says she likes to do 20 - 30 minutes daily and usually combines free weights, barbells and arm, leg and core exercises. She commented that she'll try to fit in a short workout even during Fashion Week: “I always try to find that 20 to 30 minutes to work out each day, even when the fashion week schedule is tight. It’s easier if you keep up with it and mentally you just feel good.” 

Anja loves yoga and pilates, and surprisingly says she even enjoys weight lifting. She comments that she doesn't put on muscle easily so it helps her stay toned: “I do a lot of weight lifting actually – I love it. I’m naturally very thin, so it’s hard for me to put on muscle. Weight lifting was something that everyone told me not to do [as a model]. But I’ve tried so many things throughout the years and it’s really the best one for my body.”
