Karlie Kloss on Surviving Fashion Week: "It's Not Easy"

American model Karlie Kloss has just wrapped up a busy season on the catwalk, and she has admitted that it wasn't easy. The model explains that it can be an exhausting experience, even for those who know what they're doing, but she is glad to have taken part: "It’s been pretty hectic, I’m not going to lie. It’s the first time I’ve done all of the cities back-to-back. I’m really grateful, though, to be in all of the shows I’ve walked in and so happy to attend the red carpets. I look at some of the girls here who are doing their first season and I’m remembering what it was like during my first seasons. We’re all really exhausted no matter what our level of experience as a model. It’s not easy - although it might look that way."

Speaking on getting through the Fashion Weeks while feeling and looking good, Karlie says a good concealer and regular exercise help her greatly: "I think a really, really good concealer. Exercise - going for runs always helps me de-stress and stay fit. Sleep is also my favourite thing. Lots of sleep. I’m going to try to take at least a little break after this season - some sort of vacation. There’s so many other projects that are coming up for me... it’s important to stay balanced."
