Miranda Kerr on In-Flight Workouts & Her Balanced Diet

Australian model Miranda Kerr is dedicated to looking her best and loves to workout. The model says that even when she has little time, she finds a way to work some part of her body, even while on a flight. She commented on her workout regime: ''I was a gymnast when I was young and then when I stopped I started yoga. I really like to practise, even if it's just 10 minutes, its very good for balance the mind, the body and spirit. I believe everyone should find an exercise they really enjoy. For me I like yoga, hiking. There's little exercises you can do sitting down, for me on an aeroplane - contract and release, it's really good for the stomach.'' 

Miranda likes balance when it comes to diet and sticks to mostly healthy foods, allowing herself to sometimes indulge: ''I like to eat 80 per cent healthy - fresh food organic food, vegetables, goji berries, chia seeds, a lot of greens. I try to get my nutrients from my food.''
