Australian model Miranda Kerr has spoken on the advice she would give to her younger self, revealing that she would tell herself not to take life too seriously. The model believes life is only good when enjoyed and shouldn't be serious all of the time. She explained: ''If I could say something to my younger self it would be, 'It's all part of an evolution. It doesn't matter whether it's positive or negative, it's an evolution. Understand what the end goal is, knowing that every day you're one step closer to getting there.' Life is about enjoying yourself and trying to make the most of moments. It's nothing to get too serious about. Even though I am a mother and I have a business to run, I feel like sometimes you can get too serious. Then it loses the fun and you have to wonder, 'Well, what am I doing this all for.' ''
Miranda says that she has worked hard to get to the position she is in now and believes she has learned quite a lot along the way: ''I've worked really hard to get where I am and that was instilled in me from a young age. And I've learned so much about life.''
