Miranda Kerr Shares Her Workout Secrets

Australian model Miranda Kerr has shared how she likes to keep fit, commenting on how she stays in shape even while on the road. The model says she likes to do a mixture of activities, often opting to go hiking, and even brings some light workout equipment with her while travelling: "I try to keep in shape all year round so I feel my best. Sometimes it’s hard when I’m travelling so I’ll bring workout gear with me. When I’m at home, I’ll go hiking, I’ll do yoga. I can even do yoga and Pilates when I’m travelling.” 

With her young son Flynn keeping her busy, Miranda says that looking after him also keeps her figure looking great and she loves jumping on the trampoline or just running after him. They often dance together and she loves the workout and bonding experience: “I’ll jump on the trampoline with my son. Running around after him is really good exercise. We’ll put the music on and dance. It’s really good to have those moments with him and at the same time, you’re exercising.”
