Born in Namibia, model Behati Prinsloo has revealed a beauty product she misses from her home country. Although she dislikes its smell, the model says there is a particular brand of balm that is very hydrating and also brings back childhood memories for her: "There's this lip balm and it's more of an ointment called Zam-Buk. It's green and it smells like medicine but like, as a kid, I would remember my mom always having it around and on her. It's something you just grow up with; the smell is terrible. But I miss it because it really hydrates. It takes me back."
Behati says she doesn't go to extremes when dieting and believes a realistic healthy approach is what suits her best. She explained her diet:"I always have eaten really healthy, but I'm not a diet freak. I've done a thing where I would eat a lot of protein and vegetables. I've never been an extremist. I usually carry almonds with me. I love to have iced green tea from Starbucks or I have just a regular Japanese tea in a green bottle. Lily [Aldridge] always has a snack bag with her and I eat all her snacks. I'm a snack stealer!"
